Delivery Policy

1. Digital Delivery Only

All Green Life products are 100% digital. No physical items are produced, packaged, or shipped under any circumstance. There are no delivery fees, import duties, or shipping timelines associated with your purchase.

Upon completing your purchase, you will receive access to your content digitally in PDF format.

2. Delivery Method

Access is sent automatically to the email address provided at checkout immediately after payment is confirmed by Stripe. You do not need to take any additional steps — delivery happens in the background as soon as your payment clears.

Please ensure the email address entered at checkout is correct before completing your purchase. Green Life is not responsible for non-delivery caused by incorrect email addresses provided by the customer.

3. Delivery Time by Payment Method

  • Credit card / Debit card: Instant — access is delivered within seconds of payment confirmation.
  • Debit card (bank authorization pending): Up to 5 minutes after authorization is confirmed.
  • Other payment methods: Up to 30 minutes after payment is confirmed by the provider.

In rare cases involving payment processor delays, delivery may take up to 60 minutes. If you have not received access within that window, please contact our support team.

4. Check Your Spam Folder

Delivery emails are sent automatically by our system. In some cases, they may be filtered by your email provider into the Spam or Promotions folder. Please check those folders before contacting support.

5. Re-delivery Requests

If you did not receive your access email, you can request a re-delivery by contacting our support team with your order details. Re-delivery requests are handled within 1 business day.

6. Accessing Your Content

Your digital content can be accessed on any device capable of opening a PDF file — including smartphones, tablets, laptops, and desktop computers. No special software is required beyond a standard PDF reader.

Once delivered, the content is yours permanently. You may download and save the files to your device for offline access at any time.

7. International Customers

Green Life accepts international customers. Since all products are digital, there are no restrictions based on location. Delivery works the same way regardless of your country — instantly to your email after payment confirmation.
