Refund Policy

1. Overview

Green Life sells exclusively digital products delivered in PDF format. Because access is granted immediately after payment, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis following the guidelines below.

Our payment processor is Stripe. All charges appear on your statement as Green Life. By completing a purchase you agree to this Refund Policy.

2. How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted by email. We do not process refunds via chat, social media, or phone.

Your email must include:

  • Full name used at checkout
  • Email address used at checkout
  • Order ID or payment receipt (from Stripe confirmation email)
  • Reason for the refund request

Requests submitted without this information will not be processed.

3. Refund Window

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstance.

4. Response Time

Our support team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM). You will receive a decision by email confirming whether your refund has been approved or denied.

5. Eligible Refund Situations

A refund may be approved in the following situations:

  • Duplicate charge: Your card was charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error.
  • Non-delivery: You did not receive access to your content after payment was confirmed and our support team was unable to resolve the issue.
  • Technical failure: A confirmed and unrepairable technical issue prevented access to the purchased content.

6. Non-Eligible Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The content has already been accessed, downloaded, or viewed
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Failure to read the product description before purchasing
  • Requests submitted after the 7-day window
  • Claims that results did not match personal expectations
  • Requests made through any channel other than email

Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of our products, once access has been granted and the content has been opened, the purchase is considered final.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed through Stripe back to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing time after approval:

  • Credit / Debit card: 5–10 business days to appear on your statement
  • Other methods: Timeframe depends on your bank or payment provider

You will receive a confirmation email from Stripe once the refund has been initiated.

8. Chargebacks

We strongly encourage customers to contact us at getsupport@greenlifes.site before initiating a chargeback with their bank. Unauthorized chargebacks on valid purchases may result in permanent account suspension and be reported to Stripe's anti-fraud systems.
