Green Life sells exclusively digital products delivered in PDF format. Because access is granted immediately after payment, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis following the guidelines below.
Our payment processor is Stripe. All charges appear on your statement as Green Life. By completing a purchase you agree to this Refund Policy.
All refund requests must be submitted by email. We do not process refunds via chat, social media, or phone.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstance.
Our support team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM). You will receive a decision by email confirming whether your refund has been approved or denied.

Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of our products, once access has been granted and the content has been opened, the purchase is considered final.

We strongly encourage customers to contact us at getsupport@greenlifes.site before initiating a chargeback with their bank. Unauthorized chargebacks on valid purchases may result in permanent account suspension and be reported to Stripe's anti-fraud systems.
